Refunds & Returns Policy

At CenTex Printing, every product we produce is custom printed to order. Because of this, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind after ordering

  • Incorrect selections (sizes, quantities, finishes, etc.)

  • Customer-provided artwork errors

Due to the custom nature of our printed products, we do not accept returns. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us for a replacement. We want you to feel confident ordering with us, so we stand behind the quality of our work. If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or is damaged during shipping, we will promptly reprint or replace it at no cost to you.


Eligibility for Reprint or Replacement

We will gladly provide a reprint or replacement if:

  • The product arrives with a printing error or finishing defect.

  • The wrong product was shipped.

  • The item was damaged in transit.

To request a replacement:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide your order number and photos clearly showing the issue.

  3. Once verified, we will reprint or replace the defective product at no additional charge.


Refunds

Because all products are custom made, we typically resolve issues by reprinting or replacing the affected item(s).
Refunds will only be considered if a reprint or replacement is not possible.


Exchanges

For verified defects, shipping damage, or incorrect products, we may provide a reprint or replacement. This is considered a defect replacement only, not a general exchange for a different product, size, quantity, design, or artwork.
