I had to print some headshots of my child. Penny and Peggy and CenTex Printing were very nice and helpful. They had my prints ready at the exact time I stated I needed them. This place had awesome Customer Service and helped me over the phone with the exact format and style for my photo prints and even sent me proofs before I had them printed to ensure they had it correct based on what I was asking for. I highly recommend CenTex Printing for all your print needs. Thank you again Penny for helping me out.

We contacted several print shops in the area trying to get a last-minute design printed for our dachshund, who suddenly became paralyzed from IVDD and had to undergo emergency spinal surgery. After traveling between Austin and College Station for her care, we were finally able to bring her home, and CenTex Printing was the only company that truly cared enough to help make that moment special. With such a small and last-minute request, I completely understand why many companies couldn’t accommodate, but CenTex didn’t hesitate for a second. They were kind, understanding, and went completely out of their way to print our design onto a little “welcome home” shirt for our Mia girl. You don’t find this level of customer service anymore, it was a genuine breath of fresh air. We’re so thankful for their compassion and can’t wait to work with them again soon for our high school reunion flyers, signs, and tablecloths. 💛🐾

I just want to say Centex printing is by far the best customer service I have ever had, i don't think it gets better than this, before I found them i contacted 8 other printing places including FedEx, UPS, and OfficeMax and no one could help me with these unique files printed that i needed urgently for work and i was running out of time. even though my files were not something Centex have done before Peggy and Penny were very determent to figure it out and they did everything they could to make it work for me against all odds, they even email me a video to show me how it looked since i was at work, they went above and beyond and never give up until they got the job done. amazingly within that same day I had all my stuff done with the highest quality, all cut and packed nicely and they even agreed to meet me after working hours because I couldn't make it on time and have my stuff ready for me ones i got off work late!!! Even tho they were already closed!! honestly this is the best experience and the fact that they did everything to help me takes Centex beyond any other place I've been before!!! and I'm definitely a customer for life, i know i can trust them to get any project done, Peggy and Penny thank you so much for making my life so much easier and for the effort to make it work Against All Odds.

Absolutely Amazing customer service and product! The first time I went to see them, they let me know it might be a couple of days for it to be finished. Which was fine, since I wasn't in a hurry. They got it completed well within the time I expected. However, they claimed it took longer then they would of liked, and gave me a discount. The second time, I emailed them over the weekend for something I needed. I went in Monday morning to ask about another project I was working on, and to my surprise they had already completed the order I requested over the weekend. I have had nothing but pleasant a experience with this company! UPDATE 11-2025 I used them again this year. Same amazing service! I was having some things printed for Suicide Awareness and Prevention. I didn't ask or expect anything from them, other than picking up my order. When I got there everything was ready and looked amazing, as usual. Then they even gave a donation to educate and help people that might be going though a hard time. This family company actually cares about their customers and their community. I highly recommend them, not just for their quality of work, but also for just being good people.
