Artwork Tips for a Perfect Cut

  • File types: PNG (transparent background) or vector AI/EPS with fonts outlined.
  • Resolution: 300 DPI at final size for raster art.
  • Bleed: Add at least 1/8" (3 mm) beyond the cut for full-bleed designs.
  • Safe area: Keep critical text/logos 1/8" inside the cut line.
  • Thin strokes: Keep key lines ≥ 0.5 pt for best visibility.
