At CenTex Printing, we work hard to ensure your custom-printed products are delivered quickly and safely. Because we offer a wide range of products, shipping options may vary depending on the size, quantity, and type of item ordered.


Shipping Methods

We offer several delivery options:

  • Standard Shipping – Most orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

  • Free Shipping – Some products and promotions include free shipping; this will be clearly noted on the product page.

  • Local Pickup – Customers in Central Texas may choose free pickup at our Temple, TX facility during business hours.


Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs, if applicable, are calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, destination, and shipping method.

  • Orders that qualify for free shipping will automatically display “Free Shipping” at checkout.

  • Local pickup is always free.


Processing & Delivery Times

  • Most standard orders are processed and ready to ship within 5-7 business days.

  • Larger or more complex custom projects may require additional time; if so, we’ll notify you during the order process.

  • Transit times depend on the carrier and shipping method selected at checkout.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Local pickup orders will receive a notification when they are ready.


Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage so we can quickly arrange a replacement.
