Roll Labels on Premium BOPP
Need labels that hold up on bottles, jars, or packaging; even around moisture or frequent handling? BOPP roll labels deliver a clean look and reliability. Our labels, are perfect for those wanting stickers on a roll. Especially helpful for product labeling. Made from high-quality, synthetic BOPP material, these labels are designed to withstand water and oil exposure, ensuring they remain legible and vibrant even in the harshest of environments.
Why BOPP is so durable
- Water resistant: Non-paper film shrugs off humidity, condensation, and quick wipe-downs.
- Oil and product resistant: Handles contact with lotions, cosmetics, sauces, and many common kitchen or shop environments.
- Tear and scuff resistant: The polypropylene face stock is tough under handling, stacking, and shipping.
- Temperature tolerant: Performs well in chilled storage and typical room-temperature use.
- Consistent color: Smooth surface supports sharp type and vibrant graphics for a polished shelf look.

Industrial Applicator Orientation Guide
Automated labelers need rolls built a specific way so the label meets the container at the right edge and angle. When you order, please confirm these details with your machine operator.
Key terms
- Leading edge: the first edge of the label that comes off the roll.
- Labels Out vs Labels In: face of the label toward the outside of the roll (Labels Out) or toward the core (Labels In).
- Unwind direction: the orientation of the artwork as the web feeds. Industry uses positions 1–8.
Unwind positions
Positions 1–4 are Labels Out. Positions 5–8 are Labels In.
- 1: Top of the artwork leads, Labels Out
- 2: Right side leads, Labels Out
- 3: Bottom leads, Labels Out
- 4: Left side leads, Labels Out
- 5: Top leads, Labels In
- 6: Right leads, Labels In
- 7: Bottom leads, Labels In
- 8: Left leads, Labels In
Typical choices
- Round bottle, front apply: Position 1 or 3, usually Labels Out, so the top or bottom of the design hits the container first.
- Side panel apply: Position 2 or 4 when the applicator needs the left or right edge to lead.
- Bottom or top apply: Match the machine to Position 1 or 3 depending on how product travels on the conveyor.
Roll build specs to confirm
- Core size: most industrial applicators use 3 in cores; some desktop labelers use 1 in.
- Maximum roll OD: common limits are 8 in or 12 in.
- Unwind position: choose 1–8, see list above.
- Winding: Labels Out or Labels In
