Turnaround Times & Rush Orders
Q: How fast can you complete my order?
Turnaround time depends on the product and quantity, but many standard jobs are completed in 3–7 business days after proof approval. More complex pieces, such as specialty business cards or large booklets, may take a bit longer.
Q: Do you offer rush printing?
Yes. When your deadline is tight, we can often provide rush printing. For many items, we can prioritize your order in our schedule and, for some business card jobs, even offer next-day or same-day completion when artwork is ready and our production schedule allows.
Q: Is same-day printing possible?
In some cases, yes. Same-day service depends on the type of product, the current production load, and whether your artwork is fully print-ready. If you are working against a same-day or next-day deadline, please call us so we can give you an honest answer and a realistic plan.
Files, Artwork & Proofs
Q: What file formats do you accept?
We accept industry-standard formats such as PDF, AI, EPS, TIFF, JPG, and PNG. For best results, we recommend high-resolution PDF files with fonts outlined and images embedded. Many of your product pages already list these formats in the upload section, and those same formats apply across most of our products.
Q: Do you provide digital proofs before printing?
Yes. For most custom jobs, we provide a digital proof before printing. For color-critical or complex projects, we can also discuss hard-copy proofs when appropriate.
Q: Can you fix low-resolution or problematic artwork?
Sometimes. Our design team can help improve files that are low-resolution or not print-ready. We’ll always be upfront about what is possible, costs and whether a redesign is recommended to ensure a clean, professional print.
Color, Quality & Materials
Q: Can you match my brand colors?
We work hard to keep your brand colors consistent. For most digital printing, we use CMYK process color. If you have Pantone (PMS) references, we can convert them to the closest CMYK equivalent and maintain that across future orders.
